It is Time! Servant Leadership.

This is a call to Re-Think and Re-Define Leadership.

We have all been conditioned to think of Leadership in terms of Power & Control.

This has resulted in Leadership styles that only serves the Leaders and forget the followers.

The end result become a society that is not served by neither the Leaders nor their Organizations.

Hence a society full of hatred, injustice, crime, oppression, poverty, unemployment.

This must change as we change the leadership styles we deploy.
